• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• Late payment may result in booking cancellation

• Flights are self-booked by customers (reduced risk policy)
• We provide airport transfers as part of our packages
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended
• Passport and visa requirements are the customer's responsibility

4.2 Health and Safety

• Participants must be in good health to participate in sports activities
• Medical conditions must be disclosed at time of booking
• We reserve the right to refuse participation for safety reasons
• Participants engage in activities at their own risk

5. Accommodation and Services

5.1 Accommodation

• Accommodation is provided as described in your booking
• Room preferences are subject to availability
• Check-in/check-out times must be adhered to
• Damage to accommodation will be charged to the customer

5.2 Services

• Coaching and activities are provided by qualified professionals
• Equipment is provided as part of the package
• Meals are included as specified in your booking
• Additional services may incur extra charges

6. Liability and Responsibility

• We are not liable for personal injury during activities
• We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour package
• We are not responsible for third-party services
